Dr. Aesha Marie Carrillo

An Oregon native, Dr. Aesha Marie Carrillo attended Portland State University and Seattle Pacific University before earning her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Western States in Portland. Dr. Aesha pursued a career in chiropractic after sustaining injuries from a car accident. The benefits she experienced from alternative care inspired her to become a chiropractic assistant in Beaverton. This experience led her to change her major from pre-med to human anatomy and physiology, ultimately becoming a chiropractor.

During graduate school, she developed a passion for pediatrics, perinatal care, and women’s health, and she continues to specialize in these areas. Additionally, as a former powerlifter, she has a keen interest in helping athletes optimize their performance by addressing musculoskeletal concerns. Dr. Aesha takes a comprehensive approach to patient care, considering not only the neuromusculoskeletal system but also mental health, nutrition, and overall well-being. Trained in both manual and instrument-assisted joint manipulation and various soft tissue techniques, she tailors her treatments to meet each patient's unique needs.

In her spare time, Dr. Aesha enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband, daughter, and two dogs. She loves exploring Oregon's diverse food and drink scene, singing, playing guitar, and reading sci-fi and fantasy novels.
